A Celebration Bread is Born


After rolling out the dough and sifting on the spice, the fruits and nuts are chopped and crushed and put on.


Then the dough is rolled up.


The roll is sliced lengthwise.


The slices are twisted.


Shaped.


Shaped some more.


Then Will puts them on a tray to rise.


After they have risen, they are glazed withegg for that little bit of shine, then quickly put in the oven.


While hot, these beauties are glazed with maple syrup and are ready to go!
